What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and inspiring our engineering and maintenance teams to deliver results.
  • Making sure our site is safe, compliant, and operating at its best.
  • Organising maintenance schedules, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Driving efficiency by identifying root causes of downtime and solving problems before they happen.
  • Managing budgets, assets, and reporting to keep everything aligned with our goals.

What we’re looking for

  • A solid background in engineering, ideally with HNC/HND qualifications (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, with supervisory or management experience.
  • A confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys leading from the front.
