General Description

Full-Time Mobile App Developer (.NET MAUI preferred)

iOS & Android — Remote (South Asia)

Location: Remote (India / Pakistan)

Type: Full-time

Tech focus: .NET MAUI (preferred) / Cross-platform Mobile

Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.

Important upfront note

This role requires strong mobile UI execution and design sensibility.

To proceed, you must be able to share links to live apps on the Apple App Store (and/or Google Play) that demonstrate clean, minimal design and polished user experience.

If you cannot provide shipped app links, please do not apply.

About the role

We’re hiring a full-time Mobile App Developer to build a design-led, consumer-facing mobile application for iOS and Android.

The app is fully designed in Figma, with clear user flows, screen definitions, and supporting admin processes. Your role is to take these designs and deliver a production-ready, visually polished, and smooth-feeling mobile app, all the way through App Store and Play Store release.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership over how the app looks, feels, and behaves.

What you’ll be working on

  • A cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android)
  • Translating Figma designs into pixel-accurate, production UI
  • Ensuring slick interactions, smooth transitions, and responsive layouts
  • User onboarding, application flows, and status tracking
  • Admin-driven workflows and internal review tools
  • Secure authentication and backend / API integrations
  • App Store and Google Play deployment

Tech expectations

  • .NET MAUI strongly preferred
  • Proven experience implementing apps directly from Figma
  • Strong mobile UI/UX implementation skills (spacing, typography, layout, interaction)
  • Experience with REST APIs, auth flows, and state management
  • Comfortable delivering apps that feel fast, clean, and well-finished
  • We’re comfortable with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot, Base44, etc.) where they improve speed and quality

What we’re looking for

  • A clear eye for simple, minimal, effective design
  • A track record of shipping real mobile apps
  • Ability to turn good designs into great-feeling products
  • Comfortable working from Figma, specs, and process diagrams
  • Product-minded and detail-oriented
  • Clean, maintainable code and sensible architecture choices
  • Strong communication skills for remote collaboration

Nice to have

  • End-to-end or lead ownership of a mobile app
  • Backend experience (Azure, Firebase, Supabase, etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD and store submission
  • Prior experience working remotely across time zones

Why join us?

  • Clear designs and requirements — minimal ambiguity
  • High bar for quality, but realistic scope
  • Ownership of the mobile build
  • Remote-first team (South Asia)
  • Pragmatic, modern approach to tooling and AI
  • Opportunity to ship a complete product end-to-end

How to apply

Apply via LinkedIn with:

  1. A short summary of your mobile development experience
  2. Links to live apps you’ve shipped (App Store / Play Store)
  3. GitHub (optional but welcome)
  4. A brief note on your experience implementing designs from Figma

Applications without shipped app links will not be considered. xwzovoh
