Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer to join our senior leadership team on‑site in London, Hammersmith. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will be a strategic partner. You will drive measurable business growth through OOH marketing, PR campaigns, and performance marketing, aligning with our rapid expansion across the UK, Europe, US, and Dubai. You will play a critical role in leveraging AI in marketing and growth strategies, increasing market share, building brand awareness, and leading community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & Leadership: Shape and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with business objectives, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Integrated Campaign Management: Lead the execution of multi‑channel campaigns across PR, OOH, and digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable performance.
• Brand & PR Leadership: Develop and execute brand strategy, managing public relations and media outreach to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.
• Community & Market Expansion: Drive initiatives that build and engage communities through partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic activations.
• Performance Marketing & Analytics: Oversee performance marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are data‑driven and AI‑optimised.
• Cross‑functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams across product, operations, and leadership to align growth initiatives with broader business goals.

Requirements
Must Have

• Proven experience in public relations, branding, and out‑of‑home (OOH) campaigns.
• Strong background in performance marketing and advertising.
• Demonstrated success in launching campaigns that increased market share for the company.
• Experience building and engaging communities through partnerships and activations.
• Minimum 10+ years of senior marketing or growth leadership experience.
• Experience leveraging AI in marketing and growth strategies.

Technical Skills

• Experience across digital marketing platforms and advertising channels.
• Strong understanding of creative tools and marketing technologies.
• Expertise in brand development and campaign execution.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong management, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Highly driven, confident, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments.
