A leading fintech payments company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help scale their demand engine and accelerate revenue growth. This is a high-impact, remote role working across digital, email, and partner channels to drive pipeline and performance in a fast-moving, global fintech environment.

The role

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, email, and social (LinkedIn)
• Partner with Sales and Product on ABM and demand gen strategies
• Use data and A/B testing to continuously improve conversion and engagement
• Align storytelling and creative with campaign goals
• Support outbound and nurture programs to turn interest into qualified leads

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS / fintech marketing with hands‑on growth or demand gen experience xwzovoh
• Strong knowledge of payments or payment orchestration
• Skilled in HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Confident planning and optimising campaigns across the full funnel
