The Role

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own key acquisition channels while continuously testing and improving performance across the funnel.

You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise performance channels (paid search, paid social, and other digital acquisition channels)
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and creative
  • Analyse performance data to uncover insights and drive decision‑making
  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing activity with commercial goals
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance targets
  • Run structured tests to improve conversion rates and acquisition efficiency
  • Support development of landing pages, messaging, and funnel improvements
  • Report on performance and communicate results clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles
  • Hands‑on experience with paid media channels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and customer acquisition
  • Comfortable xwzovoh working with data and running experiments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in eCommerce, tech, or consumer brands
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4
  • Experience with A/B testing or conversion rate optimisation

Working Setup

  • Full‑time role
  • Hybrid: 3 days per week in London office

Package

  • Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
