Role Overview:

Head of Europe Sales is responsible for driving revenue targets for IMSS Europe, focusing on Infra and Security Services (EE/EN/NN). This role involves leading a hybrid sales team, personally contributing to sales growth, generating leads, and collaborating with various internal teams to consistently exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market-Facing Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales targets aligned with the Europe Revenue Plan.
  • Identify and acquire Must Have Accounts (MHAs) for Infra and Security Services.
  • Develop a coordinated approach for Global Accounts to improve sales success.
  • Optimize pricing strategies for revenue and profitability.
  • Work with Marketing and Inside Sales to generate leads through events, outbound campaigns, and external agencies.
  • Build relationships with CXOs to enhance deal success.
  • Leverage Alliance Partners for new logo acquisition.
  • Drive brand awareness through various marketing channels, including social media and analyst firms.

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Set vision and foster a winning culture within the sales team.
  • Develop annual Revenue and GTM Plan in line with the company’s financial goals.
  • Collaborate with Geo Heads on the NN strategy for Europe.
  • Regularly review and adjust strategies to meet the revenue plan.
  • Work with Inside Sales and external agencies for effective lead generation.
  • Ensure BDM incentive plans align with revenue goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualification: BE/M.Tech and/or MBA.
  • Experience: 15-18 years in Infra and Security Services sales, with at least 3 years as a Sales Head in Europe.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and acquiring new clients.
  • Strong experience in the full sales cycle and GTM strategy execution.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams. xwzovoh
