The Role

As Head of Sales, you’ll take the lead in expanding Reactory’s footprint with major distillers worldwide, with a particular focus on Europe. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll define our commercial strategy, drive growth, and help shape how the industry adopts game-changing maturation technology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and building relationships with distilleries across global markets
  • Refining our customer messaging and value proposition
  • Leading sales pitches, managing the pipeline, and negotiating deals
  • Overseeing B2B marketing efforts, including tradeshows and strategic partnerships
  • International travel to engage customers and represent Reactory at industry events

Who We’re Looking For

  • Europe-based and comfortable with international travel
  • Proven experience in sales or business development in the spirits industry
  • Able to communicate effectively with distillers and industry stakeholders
  • Comfortable with technical sales — curious, inquisitive, and eager to deeply understand new technology
  • Experience xwzovoh managing and growing a sales team is a plus
  • A startup mindset — resilient, adaptable, and excited by the hustle of early-stage growth
