Headteacher – Blenheim School
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only
Hours: Monday–Friday
Lead a school where every pupil is known, valued, and championed.
We are growing and seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead a new Blenheim school. This is a rare opportunity to create a specialist provision that blends high-quality education with a strong therapeutic and inclusive ethos, where each pupil’s unique talents, character, and aspirations are understood and nurtured.
As Headteacher, you will have the chance to:
Shape the vision, culture, and values of a brand-new school
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative, personalised education
Develop a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment where pupils can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally

Lead operational delivery, safeguarding, quality, and compliance
Collaborate closely with therapy colleagues to design personalised, pupil-centred pathways
Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and local authorities
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in specialist education
Experienced Headteacher or Deputy Head ready for headship
Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks for specialist settings
Proven ability in budget, resource, and change management
Deeply committed to inclusive education and aspirational outcomes for every pupil
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with senior leadership experience
Full UK Driving Licence
