Are you a qualified Management Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) ideally with strong experience in manufacturing? We’re looking for an analytical, proactive finance professional to support a leading manufacturing business in Coventry during a key period of operational activity.

Your new role
You will play a crucial part in delivering accurate and insightful financial information to support business performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conducting product costing, standard costing, and margin analysis
• Providing financial insights to operational teams to improve efficiency and cost control
• Supporting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting audit requirements

What you’ll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone dynamic with a hands-on approach who will quickly adapt to the business and our systems.

• Fully qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of costing and standard manufacturing finance processes
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
