My client, a respected supplier within the construction sector, is currently seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to join their busy, customer‐focused team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and has a proactive approach to driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and email enquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer care
• Develop and nurture effective working relationships with trade clients and business partners
• Advise customers on products, pricing and availability, preparing quotes where required
• Accurately manage orders and maintain customer account information
• Assist field sales colleagues by identifying opportunities and carrying out follow-up activity
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the CRM system

Skills

• Background in sales or customer support, ideally within a B2B environment
• Clear and confident communicator with the ability to build rapport
• Highly organised with strong attention xwzovoh to detail
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and collaborative team player
• Comfortable using IT systems; experience with CRM platforms is an advantage
