About the Role

A high-growth cybersecurity vendor is hiring a Manager, Cybersecurity Partnerships & Channel Sales to build and scale its global partner ecosystem.

This is a strategic, revenue-owning role focused on recruiting and enabling MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, and distributors to drive adoption of a unified, AI-driven cybersecurity platform.

You’ll work closely with leadership and GTM teams to establish a high-performing channel that delivers consistent, partner-led revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Recruit and onboard MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, and distributors
  • Build and execute a channel-first go-to-market strategy
  • Enable partners to generate pipeline and close deals
  • Drive partner-sourced revenue and exceed defined KPIs
  • Develop joint business plans and co-selling strategies
  • Track performance across onboarding, activation, and revenue
  • Maintain strong renewals and margin performance across partner deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in channel sales / partnerships within cybersecurity
  • Strong network across MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, or distributors
  • Background selling or supporting SIEM, XDR, NDR, MDR, or platform-based security solutions
  • Proven ability to build or scale partner ecosystems
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and partner productivity
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary
  • xwzovoh

  • Commission: 10% on all revenue above quota
  • 3% on renewals
  • 2% override on team deals (if applicable)
  • Bonus: One-time bonus tied to partner onboarding milestones
  • Equity: Stock options
