Location: Central London (Hybrid)

A leading international architecture and design practice is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to join its London studio. This is a senior opportunity to act as the second-in-command to the Global Head of Marketing, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the practice’s global marketing strategy. With an established presence across the UK, and worldwide, the practice specialises in masterplanning, interiors, and architecture.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and strategic marketing professional who is ready to step into a leadership role, bring fresh ideas, and manage a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing global marketing and communications strategy
  • Leading the day-to-day delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Managing and mentoring two junior marketing team members
  • Overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including bids, presentations, and publications
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders across international offices
  • Leading on award submissions, tender materials, and client-facing communications
  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a marketing role within architecture, design, or the built environment
  • Experience operating at a senior level or ready to step into a managerial position
  • Strong leadership skills with experience (or readiness) to line manage junior staff
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential) and wider Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written, visual, and strategic communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to bring forward new ideas and challenge existing approaches
  • Experience working across multiple regions or within an international business (desirable)
