Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30

Location: Horsham, West Sussex. Office Based

Contract: Full-time Perm.

Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays

Are you a data-driven marketing pro who thrives on AI, automation, and digital sales? Telecom Acquisitions is scaling fast, and we need a hands‑on Marketing Professional to lead 7 B2C broadband brands.

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Professional who thrives on owning major projects, shaping strategy, and delivering meaningful impact — This is a senior role with significant influence without a team of direct reports.

This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, wants variety, and values influence over hierarchy. You’ll join a marketing function where you will work alongside another Marketing Manager, with each leading their own portfolio of high‑impact initiatives.

What You’ll Lead

• Launch & optimise multi‑channel campaigns: web, e‑commerce, email, social, offline
• Drive customer acquisition, retention & revenue growth
• Build AI‑powered marketing funnels and automation workflows
• Analyse performance, extract insights & scale what works
• Protect & grow our brand reputation across reviews, PR & listings
