Manchester (Hybrid) Contract Type: Fixed-term, 6 months
Salary: £36,000 per annum (pro rata for 6-month contract)
Pill Connect’s Dispenser is a revolutionary monitoring system used in cutting-edge clinical trials. Our technology enables trial organisations to see participant dosing in real time, empowering participant support, improving data quality and helping new, life-changing drugs reach patients faster.

We’re a small, ambitious, VC-backed medtech startup working at the intersection of health technology and data, helping the world run smarter, more efficient clinical trials.

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join us as a Junior Project Manager focused on marketing, growth, and operations.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team across a variety of projects, from strategic research, internal operations to marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to learn how a growing startup operates day-to-day while gaining exposure to the technical, commercial and clinical sides of the business.

Project Management
Coordinate and track progress on projects across marketing, operations, and sales.
Support planning and execution of campaigns and cross-team initiatives.
Marketing & Communications
Create and publish engaging digital content across channels (web, social, presentations).
Help identify and manage customer leads using CRM and marketing tools.
Contribute to thought leadership content such as blogs, case studies, and white papers.
Support preparation, logistics, and follow-up for industry conferences and events.
Operations & Strategy Support
Assist with sales enablement, strategy, and contract coordination.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to generate insights.
Support the design and user testing team with outreach and usability projects.

Experience in marketing and content creation
Experience in project coordination.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
Experience creating digital or multimedia content.
Awareness of quality or regulatory processes.
