Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer

Package: Circa £50,000

No scheduled weekend working

The shift pattern is a unique 12-hour arrangement that provides work-life balance with 4 consecutive days off, on 2 weeks out of every 3

Key Tasks Include:

Install, test, examine and maintain various site machinery

Understand and use safe working practices

Work with the site teams to improve equipment OEEs

Keep engineering information up to date in line with ISOs

Ensure production interruptions are kept to a minimum

Routine maintenance and PPMs

What We Are Looking For:

Skills & Experience:

The successful applicant will have industrial experience in a similar working environment

Analytical thinking and fault-finding

Computer literate

HNC Engineering qualification or equivalent advantageous

Attributes:

Self-motivated; pro-active with a ‘can do’ attitude xwzovoh

Flexible; able to prioritise tasks

Dynamic; logical thinking

Good communicator; team player

Eye for detail
