We’re a fast-growing healthcare start-up transforming the landscape of Mens Health and Endocrinology — and we’re looking for a Player / Manager who’s ready to lead from the front.
This is your chance to combine hands-on Key Account Management with real leadership impact — coaching a small, passionate UK team while owning key secondary care accounts across the Home Counties.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3 talented KAMs.
- Manage and grow key accounts in secondary care.
- Bring fresh ideas and help shape our commercial strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and medical to drive results.
About You
- Experienced KAM with a track record in secondary care sales (Mens Health / Endocrine ideal).
- Passionate about coaching and developing others — maybe you’ve led a project, done a secondment, or mentored colleagues.
- Entrepreneurial, agile, and thrive in a fast-moving, start-up environment.
- Ready to step into leadership and make a real difference.
