Already stocked in major retailers and scaling rapidly across multiple markets, their D2C channel is at the heart of their growth. They’re now looking for a highly driven Paid Performance Marketing Manager to help accelerate that trajectory.
This is not a “manage and maintain” role. It’s for someone who wants to own growth, move fast, test aggressively, and see the direct impact of their work.
The Role
You’ll sit at the centre of performance and revenue growth – owning execution across paid channels, improving acquisition efficiency, and helping scale a high-performing subscription engine.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and external partners, combining data, creative instinct, and commercial thinking to unlock growth.
A major focus: turning first-time buyers into long-term subscribers and driving sustainable LTV.
What you’ll own:
-
End-to-end performance across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok & beyond)
-
Scaling customer acquisition while hitting CAC and ROI targets
-
Subscription growth: improving conversion, retention and LTV
-
Creative testing strategy across ads, landing pages and offers
-
Agency management and performance accountability
-
Experimentation roadmap: audiences, channels, funnels, pricing, UX
-
Reporting, attribution and insight generation
What success looks like:
-
Consistent, scalable customer acquisition
-
Strong CAC discipline while increasing spend
-
Meaningful growth in subscribers and retention
-
A high-velocity testing culture that compounds results
-
Clear, actionable performance insights that drive decisions
Who you are:
-
Relentlessly driven: you care about outcomes, not just activity
-
Comfortable in ambiguity and pace: you thrive in a scaling environment
-
Strong commercial instinct: you understand the levers behind growth
-
Hands-on operator: you’re as happy in the weeds as you are thinking strategically
-
Curious and experimental: always testing, always learning
Your Experience
-
Experience in growth/performance marketing in a D2C brand
-
Proven experience managing paid acquisition (Meta + Google essential)
-
Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution and funnel metrics
-
Experience working with agencies and holding them accountable
-
Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
-
Bonus: subscription or retention-focused growth experience
