General Description

Peanut is the world’s largest social network for women navigating life’s biggest transitions.

Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.

Millions of women turn to Peanut during pivotal life stages including fertility, pregnancy, early motherhood, postpartum and menopause — to find friendship, ask honest questions and share experiences often ignored elsewhere online. Through local connections, thousands of community groups and tools that support motherhood including pregnancy and toddler milestone tracking — Peanut has become more than a platform. We’re a cultural barometer for what women care about.

We sit at the intersection of community, health and culture, surfacing conversations that have historically been invisible and helping women navigate some of the most transformative moments of their lives.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own Peanut’s paid acquisition engine. This role is responsible for driving user growth through world-class performance marketing strategy, experimentation and execution across channels including Meta, Snapchat, Google Search and Pinterest.

You will own the full paid acquisition funnel — from channel strategy and testing frameworks to creative performance insights and budget allocation — with a relentless focus on scaling high-quality user growth efficiently.

This role reports to the VP of Product and works closely with the Brand team to ensure our performance strategy and creative engine are deeply aligned with the women we serve.

We’re looking for someone who has scaled consumer apps post product-market fit, thrives in ambiguity, and combines analytical rigor with strong growth intuition.
