Plant Foreman Location: Bromley Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 Company Car Benefits Bonus Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are looking for an experienced Heavy Plant Foreman to lead workshop operations and oversee the maintenance and repair of a busy heavy plant fleet.

This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of plant fitters and technicians Plan, prioritise, and oversee servicing, maintenance, and repairs of heavy plant equipment Ensure all work is carried out in line with health, safety, and compliance standards Diagnose faults and provide hands-on technical assistance when required Manage job scheduling, maintenance records, and parts availability to minimise downtime Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory xwzovoh or foreman role within heavy plant or plant maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge including hydraulics, diesel engines, and electrical systems Demonstrated leadership and team management ability Highly organised with a strong focus on safety and quality of work
