Proclinical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be in charge of driving sales within cardiac and thoracic operating environments.

Primary Responsibilities:
This role requires strong relationship management, strategic planning, and the ability to work effectively in the operating room. Incumbent will be responsible for providing clinical support during procedures and follow-up care.

The Regional Sales Manager of Pain Management will:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to achieve targets.
  • Identify new customers and opportunities while expanding penetration in existing accounts.
  • Provide clinical support during procedures and assist with follow-up patient care.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Share market insights and trends with marketing teams.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events as needed.
  • Manage territory performance and maintain accurate activity tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare system access requirements.
  • Comfortable working in an OR environment.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in medical device sales, ideally in cardiac or thoracic surgery.
  • Knowledge of neuromodulation and pain management therapies is advantageous.
  • Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 80%, depending on territory size and maturity.
  • Fluent in English.
