The Role As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership, quality, and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance.

You will: Lead and develop a childrens home in line with therapeutic values and Ofsted regulations Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, compassionate staff team Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive Ensure consistently high standards of safeguarding, care planning, and quality assurance Contribute to the wider development and growth of the organisation as part of a collaborative leadership community About You You are a confident, values-driven leader with a strong background in childrens residential care.
