Raw Selection executive search firm partnering with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to secure executive talent.

We are in our next growth phase. Our first milestone is £10M revenue. To get there, we are building a sales engine that is relentless on standards, disciplined on execution, and measured by outcomes.

This hire exists because growth has exposed a gap: we need a leader who can raise the bar, win business personally, and build a team that can scale.

What this role includes

  • A key member of the senior management team at Raw Selection
  • Responsible for the sales function that wins new clients and builds long-term relationships
  • Operator + leader: you will win business personally and develop a team to do the same
  • You will manage best-in-class graduates and develop them into elite Private Equity executive search professionals
  • You will run the function through metrics, coaching, and constant standard-raising

Raw Selection doesn’t need a “manager”. We need a builder.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales with a proven track record of raising standards
  • People leadership experience in building, managing and developing high performing sales teams
  • Operating in a fast paced and high demanding environment
  • Proven track record of winning new business personally

*No recruitment/executive search experience is required, we don’t operate like a traditional recruitment/search firm

Location:

Leeds city centre, office based

Compensation:

Basic Salary: £40,000 to £60,000

OTE: £85,000 to £120,000
