We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Director with extensive experience in the broadcast and professional video and imaging solutions industry. As Sales Director you will be fundamental to the company’s growth strategy.

The Role

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Forge strong, executive-level partnerships with our most valuable customers and brands.
  • Lead, inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing elevated sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies as needed to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and other key departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Manage margins and budgets to ensure profitability and long-term success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

The Person

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles in the TV and film industry (either to or from!).
  • Solid knowledge of broadcast, video and imaging solutions/tech and equipment is needed.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to make high-level decisions aligning to company goals.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
