Head of Sales @ Tes – Location: Sheffield (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 from home). Department: Revenue. Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Up to £80,000 plus £40,000 commission. About The Role We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Secondary Sales to lead new customer acquisition and expand Tes’ presence in the UK secondary school sector. You’ll manage a team of Business Development Professionals, driving sales strategies and cross-selling Tes products to existing accounts, including small Groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed targets
  • Design and execute strategic plans for new customer acquisition
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate growth
  • Monitor market trends and refine sales strategies
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and advocate for secondary schools
