I am delighted to be working with a highly successful, acquisitive business who have a newly created opportunity for a Senior Payroll Business Analyst to join their team and work on a remote basis.
Joining during an exciting period of growth initially your primary focus will be to utilise your well-developed business analyst toolkit to lead the analysis and design of business processes and systems to support the organisation as they move from a UK payroll service to a truly global payroll solution.
This will see you working with stakeholders in the business and technical teams to deliver integrations with downstream global providers, providing detailed GAP analysis, ensuring compliance / governance is managed effectively and ultimately supporting the systems / process creation from cradle to grave.
To be successful it is likely you will have:
- Significant experience as a BA working with technical software teams
- Experience of, or exposure to, payroll environments
- A solid understanding of data flows and system integrations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- The ability to mentor more junior analysts
