Fella & Jones are working with an innovative, luxury skincare and wellness brand currently experiencing strong global growth and looking to hire a Senior Performance Marketing Manager.

This is a key hire within the business, sitting close to senior leadership and taking real ownership of how paid media drives growth. The role focuses on evolving the current approach into a more strategic, insight-led model, particularly across a complex customer journey where products sit in the desirable luxury space.

You’ll play a central role in shaping global acquisition, with a strong emphasis on scaling international expansion while managing a multi-channel mix across Meta, Google, YouTube, display and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and leading the global paid media strategy across multiple markets
• Managing and optimising agency partners to ensure strong performance and accountability
• Driving customer acquisition across high-value products with longer consideration cycles
• Developing more advanced measurement and attribution frameworks beyond last-click
• Overseeing budget allocation, forecasting and performance reporting
• Working closely with creative teams to deliver campaigns that balance brand and performance
• Identifying new growth opportunities across channels, audiences and markets

We’re looking for someone who has operated in a premium or high-consideration environment, with strong hands-on experience across Meta and Google, and the ability to navigate complex funnels and translate data into clear commercial actions.
