Key Responsibilities

• Conduct original research in automation and mechanical engineering, driving technological innovation.
• Lead or participate provincial-level research projects.
• Establish and maintain collaborations with universities, research institutions, and enterprises to promote industry-academia integration.
• Mentor and guide research teams, fostering young scientific talent.
• Facilitate the industrial application of research results and provide technical solutions to enterprises.

Qualifications

• PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Intelligent Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Strong research record with impactful publications in international journals or conferences.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and lead teams.
• Broad academic vision and foresight in industrial applications. xwzovoh
• Strong communication skills and experience in international collaborations preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr – $300,000.00/yr

Talent subsidy: USD 280,000–420,000

Work Arrangements

Flexible work mode: full-time in Jiangsu or part-time remote
