ServiceNow Business Analyst – (Source 2 Pay, S2P, Procurement, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, ServiceNow, ITSM, Process Mapping, Enterprise Systems) – Permanent – London/Remote

Charles Simon Associates are currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Business Analyst who specialises in Source 2 Pay (S2P). This role is working for a Global business, ideally they would like someone in the office twice a week, however for the right candidate they are flexible.

Location: London/Remote (flexible for fully remote for the right person)

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum D.O.E

Skills/Requirements for the ServiceNow Business Analyst:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Procurement / Source-to-Pay environments
• Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes
• Experience with process mapping and requirements documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

• Exposure to ServiceNow (S2P, ITSM or Procurement modules)
• Agile / Scrum experience
• ITIL knowledge or certification

Start date is ASAP for the ServiceNow Business Analyst

The ServiceNow Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Gathering and analysing business requirements across procurement, case management and ITSM
• Conducting gap analysis between current and future-state processes
• Producing functional specifications, xwzovoh user stories and process documentation
• Collaborating with technical teams to design scalable solutions
• Supporting UAT, testing cycles and solution validation
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
