The Role As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting foster carers so they can provide safe, nurturing, and high-quality care to children.

Youll manage a manageable caseload (typically up to 13 families) across Bristol and surrounding areas , working closely with carers, colleagues, and partner agencies.

This role is ideal for a social worker with fostering experience who enjoys relationship-based practice and wants the space to bring creativity, reflection, and passion to their work.
