We are looking for a UK Campaigns & Performance Marketing Manager to lead impactful, data‑driven marketing campaigns that connect with clients and deliver measurable growth. This high‑impact role combines strategic thinking, digital expertise, and leadership to elevate our UK marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with UK strategy
- Develop campaign strategies including audience targeting, messaging, and channel selection
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximise ROI
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity
- Act as the central point of contact for campaign delivery across internal teams
- Drive the implementation and optimisation of marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot
- Improve marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, events and commercial teams to deliver impactful campaigns
- Support media planning and work with partners to maximise reach and engagement
- Lead, mentor and develop a Marketing Executive, supporting their ongoing learning and development
- Stay up to date with performance marketing trends, tools and best practices
About You
- Proven experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, PPC, paid social, SEO and display
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading or mentoring team members
- Good understanding of marketing, sales and customer journey principles
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions‑focused mindset
